Professor Pumpernickel
Professor Pumpernickel travels the country with his laboratory of lunacy with a mission:-
To enthuse all ages and abilities about science in the hope of seeding some of our future inventors, explorers, life savers and superheroes.
If you like fire, explosions, loads of mess and mind-bending magic, you’ll love Pumpernickel.
An energetic and entertaining show for all ages!”
Scoop Magic Show
MIND-BLOWING, MAGICAL ENTERTAINMENT
Scoop is a multi-talented magician who will wow you with his amazing show.
His performances combine conjuring with comedy, illusion, sleight of hand, juggling, fire performing and mind control.
His close up magic makes the impossible happen right under people’s noses, sometimes even right in their hands.
Stilt Walkers
Meet and greet these stunning stilt walkers who will be dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue.
Trunks Show with Gacko
Gacko is the official Fool of Festivals.
Promenading with Dolly, his peripatetic perambulator of performance. Ever ready to unload his curious cargo of songs, stories and routines with oodles of participation.
“He has the gift of enchanting audiences young and old with a mixture of wordplay, slapstick, improvised musical interludes and tales embroidered with the flawless creativity of an infinitely improbable imagination.”
Ukulele Session with Gacko
A fun and easy workshop session for 40 people during which participants learn a few simple Ukulele chords and how to strum. We work up a couple of silly songs or rock anthems then perform our new
songs to an even wider audience.
Designed to be fun and simple so anybody can take part.
All instruments are provided.
Grand Exhibition of Contraptions and Curiosities Show
Our grand finale is presented by the calamitous Victorian scientist and adventurer Lord Foppletwig.
Foppletwig and his long suffering servants Mr. Douglas and Sherper Tenbob unload a barrage of baffling stories, bawdy music hall sing-alongs and utterly stupid stunts.
The Grand Exhibition of Contraptions & Curiosities is a charming yet chaotic hour of myths, music, magic, mayhem, silliness, songs, sparkles, bangs and puerility all combined to bring you the true flavour of fun in bewildering and breathtaking fashion.
