Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
3 large eggs,
1 small tub of double cream
Half pint of milk
250 grams grated Cheddar cheese
2 medium red tomatoes
Half an onion
200 grams of ham
Method
The best Quiche is cooked low and slow pre heat oven 140°c, 275°f or gas mark 1 or 2 for 45 minutes.
Grate the cheese.
Chop half the onion finely.
Chop the tomatoes not slice (No fuss)
Chop the ham (No fuss)
Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork
Add half a pint (approx) of milk
Add the tub of double cream.
Mix together
Add the grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, and fine cut onion. Mix well.
Pour into quiche dish and top with little extra cheese and slice tomato for a pretty quiche if required.
Place in oven.
Take out and leave to cool and set before slicing and serving.
