Crafty Vintage are back with August’s Darwen Monthly Artisan Market. Think amazing makers and creators showcasing beautiful art, vintage finds, unique crafts, and delicious street food. Open from 11am until 4pm.
Bring your children to unleash their creativity with the wonderful Magical Story Jars. This free activity allows their imaginations to soar! Running as a drop in workshop between 11am and 3pm.
Spot On Lancashire will be continuing the market summer activity programme by welcoming The Circus House team for an exciting circus skills workshop! Try your hand at diabolo, plate spinning, juggling, or even the aerial hoop… drop-in between 11am and 3pm!
DARWEN MARKET HALL
Dark Moon Comic Fair are holding their first Comic Fair in Darwen in the Market Annexe. Dive into a world of comics, manga and anime, tabletop and video games, Pokémon, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, books, collectables and figurines, pop culture, and more! Pop in from 9am until 4pm – entrance is free.
Darwen Market is open as normal with our fabulous selection of stalls. For your weekly fresh food shop, a coffee or gifts and treats, come and visit our friendly traders. Open from 8am until 4pm.

There is still time to take part in the Shop Darwen Tower Trail until 2nd September. Can you find 32 Darwen Tower drawings at independent retailers around town?
Collect an activity sheet and complete the trail. Plus, take part in a special drawing competition, also on the activity sheet! Activity sheets are available from the office in Darwen Market, and from many Shop Darwen retailers.
